Brett is a Character from The Rule of Three series, Brett was a young rookie police officer in Rule of 3, he was one of the main officers along side Ms.Darley and Howie, he leads one of the groups in the Battle of the Bridge, It is later revealed in the sequel to Rule of 3, Fight for Power, that he is a blood thirsty sociopath. He likes Lori Peterson. Brett often taunts Adam by making snarky remarks about him, his girlfriend Lori, and his rizz being horrendous.
